The Eastern Suburbs Rugby Union Football Club provides facilities for recreational activities. The aim of the Code of Conduct is to ensure that patrons behave in a manner to the enjoyment of all persons attending the Club’s facilities.

Neat and tidy dress is expected.

Swearing, loud or unruly language is not acceptable.

Aggressive, abusive or unruly behaviour is not acceptable.

Please only smoke in the designated areas.

Please only consume alcohol in the designated areas.

Patrons shall not partake of, or induce any other person to partake of any illicit drugs on the premises.

RESPONSIBLE SERVING OF ALCOHOL

The Club is committed to the principles of responsible service of alcohol, and will ensure that all patrons of the club adhere to these principles at all times.

It is an offence to:
Sell alcohol, supply alcohol, allow alcohol to be supplied to or to be consumed by a person who is under 18 years of age.

It is an offence to:
Sell alcohol, supply alcohol, allow alcohol to be supplied to or to be consumed by a person who is unruly intoxicated or disorderly.

The final decision regarding dress or behaviour is at Management’s discretion and no further communication will be entered into.

Any patron in breach can result in a fine being issued by police.

Patrons will be deemed to have accepted this Code of Conduct by attending the Club’s premises and may obtain a copy for their own reference.
