Dear Members of the Eastern Suburbs Rugby Union Football Club,
We are pleased to announce that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of our esteemed club will be held at the club rooms, located at 62a Bounty St, Warrane, on the 16th of December. The meeting will commence promptly at 11:00 am.
The AGM is a significant event in our club’s calendar as it provides an opportunity for all members to actively participate in shaping the future of our organisation. We encourage you to attend and engage in the decision-making process.
During the AGM, all committee positions will be open for nominations. These positions include President, Vice President, Treasurer, Security, Public Officer, Social Representative, Juniors Representative, Publicity Officer, and General Committee Members. If you are interested in contributing to the club’s success, we invite you to nominate for any of these roles.
To ensure a smooth nomination process, please submit your nominations to esrufc@hotmail.com no later than 7 days prior to the AGM. Only financial members will be eligible to attend, nominate, and accept nominations.
We value your involvement and input in the club’s affairs, and we look forward to seeing you at the AGM. Your attendance and participation will help us shape the future of the Eastern Suburbs Rugby Union Football Club.
